Image Stabilization: FAIL September 9, 2010 Jass (Maine) The Image Stabilization, or perhaps better put the lack of Image Stabilization makes this camera unusable. In full daylight one out of every 4 pictures taken without zoom is usable.
Hey there - smile September 7, 2010 Leah D. Ash My daughter bought this camera a few months ago. I so enjoyed using it that I bought one for myself. Can take some great sports shots if the lighting is pretty good.
Easy to operate. Many different settings - haven't been able to try them all out yet. Not too big but substantial enough that I don't feel like my hands get in the way when I'm taking pictures. I'm going to have fun with this camera in Paris!
Great camera September 6, 2010 H.Bahar Vzcan (Ankara, Turkey) I have just bought Nikon L 110. It is a great camera.Especially in a macro mode.
I like it and recomend it to everyone.
Coolpix L110 Excellant Camera September 6, 2010 Devin D. Edwards (NY) This camera is the best camera I have ever had. I have had 35MM camera's in the past but nothing compares with digital. With a 4 gig card I can take over 600 pix and that is at the highest quality setting. The anti vibration/movement feature works great, and the menu is easy to use. All pictures are sharp and at a perfect exposure. I am very happy with this camera. I have not tried the video feature yet.
Great artistic camera September 5, 2010 Trax I am not a camera expert so I don't know a whole lot of the mechanics or lens. I needed a camera that was able to provide me with great quality photos for textures or reference for modeling and zbrushing. I was bothered by the comments about the photo quality of this camera, but you know what this camera has out done itself. Pictures come out perfectly even from FARRRRRRRR distances. I took my camera out to take some texture shots and reference shots and I was able to take a picture of the space needle from gas works park and it looks great. I was also able to take two photos of planes flying over the water and get pretty good detail. There was this old building I needed to take pictures of for reference/textures and the camera was amazing in taking pictures up close of the walls from a far distance...and I never used a stand. Just great stuff.
